Great Product + Fantastic Customer Service
I like that they have several different plans to choose from, depending upon your needs.
It's easy for me as an owner of my business with multiple locations/brands in our group, but also great when you are just starting out or if there is only one store location! The customer service provided by faxsalads has been excellent - very quick responses via email & phone calls regarding any issues at all times during normal hours (9am-5pm Central). No complaints here so far!! They make it incredibly simple to send bulk emails through their website interface without having to go into each individual account individually which saves time AND money :) This program allows us to communicate internally within our organization easily while still maintaining control over who can view them online vs printable documents etc.
