Arrived dead LCD backlight / black screen
Totally dead. Won't turn on / doesn't light up at all. My guess is that maybe the driver ran through on the porch. It doesn't appear to be broken. Can't tell it's on because the bottom gets hot, but all the LCD lights are off. Return to another company immediately
