I needed a shoe rack that would stretch the width of my closet and hold a lot of shoes. There aren't many options so I gave this one a try despite some bad reviews. I'm a high school student and I set up the stand myself in minutes. All parts fit perfectly and all parts were included. It fits perfectly in my closet and is flat enough to put an old school floor shoe rack in front of it. That's storage space for a lot of shoes! If I don't have enough space, my shoes are so small that I can stack one shoe on top of the other. This doesn't work if you have tall or men's shoes. There must be some inconsistencies in the manufacture of this product but when you receive a good product it lives up to the ad and I am a happy buyer.
