I also use it for laundry and dishwasher. I use it to soften my hard water and also give it a boost that other laundry additives can't. It also helps hold dirt and minerals in hard water and provides a cleaner, more thorough rinse in my washing machine. Depending on the hardness of your water and whether or not you have a HE machine (as well as a top/front loader) you can decide how much you need per load. Do your research and you should expect great results with this stuff! Doesn't stick and dissolves instantly. Just make sure you keep it away from wet and wet and store it in an airtight container.
