You need look no further than FENSACE to find a company that will cause you headaches; they are the best in the business. Being someone who is passionate about fashion, I was eager to try on their clothing, shoes, and jewelry; however, I was left feeling extremely let down after doing so. To begin, the photographs of their products that are available online do not accurately represent the final product. I placed an order for a dress that appeared to be absolutely stunning on the website; however, when I received it, the material was of poor quality, and the colors were not accurate at all. And don't even get me started on the sneakers; I couldn't stand wearing them for more than a few times before they started falling apart. To add insult to injury, their support for existing customers is a living hell. I attempted to get in touch with them about the problems I was having, but their reaction was sluggish and unhelpful. In addition, when I attempted to return the items, I was required to go through a number of hoops before I could receive a refund. In general, FENSACE is not something I would recommend to anyone. Find a business that genuinely cares about its clients and follows through on the commitments it makes to those clients to save yourself some trouble.
