Review on Cognito Detect by Jonathan Abreu

I like that it is easy for users with little IT experience or training to use, but also has some advanced features as well if you are willing to learn them. It's very customizable so we can easily tailor our detection rules to best fit what needs to be detected in each environment (we have different environments of varying sensitivity). The UI could definitely improve - especially when using multiple instances at once where they all overlap/conflict with one another. We're able to detect many types of malware including adware, spy ware, browser hijackers etc without having to write any custom code.
