Review on Padre by Tyler Owens

The most helpful feature of padre is its ability to search through all modules available without having to manually look up what you need. I have used many different IDEs over my career, including Eclipse which has been very useful as well. Padre does not support certain languages such as C++. It seems like they are working on it though. If you're looking for something lightweight Padre will work just fine. You can easily open multiple files at once. A lot of times when programming using multiple windows your mind gets scattered so this helps keep everything organized.
