This was just what I needed to complete the look I wanted. Here are the parts for installation: - Remove the shift knob - When installing, insert it into the derailleur and screw it all the way in - It will have a derailleur collar that won't allow you to move any further - there is one Bushing in the shifter boot that fits the standard front derailleur; Unscrew the boot piece from the grommet and slide the boot piece onto the mount (the ring sits at the base of the derailleur - no longer needed unless going back to stock - screw on your chosen shift knob and your new look is complete These instructions are specific to my 2008 Subaru Impreza 2.5i station wagon as other manual transmission vehicles may vary.
