Cannot connect to Alexa.

I couldn't find a phone number to ask for help connecting my fan to Alexa. The company information was written in Chinese. I've connected many other devices to Alexa, so I know how it's typically done. I tried to ask questions on the product page. Her response was to refer to the instructions. Of course I've already done it. I'm considering returning it as I really want to use it through Alexa.
