Very convenient and easy to set up, but they have a few unacceptable qualities. 1) The charging indicator is very bright and cannot be turned off. 2) There is no on/off switch. Putting them on your head should turn them on, but it looks like they should also beep. As a result, they turn off during quiet scenes and only turn on again a few seconds after a sufficiently loud sound resumes. Very bad function. The sound quality is okay, a bit unnatural, but that's to be expected for headphones in this price range.
