I've seen alcohol issues a lot in these reviews so do your own research rather than fret about it. Cetyl alcohol = thickener - nothing more. Cetearyl alcohol = it's basically the same thing and it's not entirely clear why it's an ingredient. Finally, the isopropyl alcohol helps dry the oil, so many of the oils in this product don't leave a greasy feel. If you've taken the time to read this review, I hope it helps with any "alcohol phobia" people are getting worked up about. (All have been used in cosmetics for at least 50 years!)
