Excellent but not very good

I bought this graphics card about a month ago. The quality and performance was great initially, but 3-4 days ago my screen started flickering, games were crashing and I couldn't play. Thinking it was something else, I restored my entire computer, updated all my drivers, and nothing changed. I later switched to my original graphics card (gtx1060) and everything worked fine. I tested the graphics card (rtx2070) on another PC and I have the same problem as originally. This indicated that the problem was with this graphics card. The RTX 2070 is a great addition to any PC, it just has issues. Hope this particular issue can be fixed.
