Review on Tortilla Warmer Inch Insulated Cloth by Will Ridpath

Cooks Illustrated recommended it as a great kitchen utensil and I agree. Thirty seconds in the microwave makes hot tortillas (or pita, naan, etc.) that stay warm as you eat. At my house, all tortillas are eaten before they have a chance to cool, so I can't say how long they stay warm, but definitely at least 20 minutes. I bought the 10" version first, mainly because I liked the fabric pattern better than the 12" version. However, I had some issues with large 10 inch tortillas and naan. After using so much of the 10" I finally broke down and bought the 12". This is definitely the size I recommend!
