Rip off Lip Glosses

I was very excited to start my own line of lip glosses so a friend advised me to use this product, it came very quickly but when it arrived it was all wasted , and it looks like someone used some, so they tied up the leftovers in a clear plastic bag. I was only able to make 10 lip glosses from the entire pack. I'm adding $20 because it's a complete rip off and I want a full refund of my money
