I like that it's easy to use and has all of my information in one place! The customer support team helps me figure out what needs done next when there are issues with alerts or reports - they help keep things running smoothly! Sometimes some emails get lost as well so sometimes we need to call them but not often.
There isn't much else i dislike about this software other than emailing being an issue at times - most likely due to their servers going down during peak hours (which happens). We have been able to see where our customers are looking up reviews from third party websites which used to be hidden. This also makes monitoring those sites easier too.
