The best is that it's free, so there are no limits for storage or size to worry about; even though we're using only 10 GBs each year (1 TB total), I don't think this can cause any problems at all when searching by title/date etc.; also very flexible system design allows us many options regarding organization within our databases as well - everything from simple folders structure with subfolders hierarchy down level 1 folder per month which then have their own subsubfolder structures until end result shows exactly what info was processed last time around ; not yet found anything really bad but maybe some minor quirks here & again like most other apps out they could improve upon its speed sometimes while being used online instead off local server might help too?
