Works very well if you have extra space. Yes, it folds more compactly, but this system is so uncomfortable to move around...it really needs a permanent place in the room. Taking it and setting it up when you need it is too much work. At least for a lazy person like me. I need comfort, otherwise I don't use it at all. So I found a place for this steamboat, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in my guest room. If I didn't have the extra space I would just use a small portable steamer. If you have room for this valet style steamer, you're sure to love it. It is very easy to assemble and get started. There are 3 settings to choose from, I always use the high setting because I want this process to go as quickly as possible. He occasionally splashes water on the clothes I'm steaming, but nothing excessive. Love the plate that goes behind the clothes and allows you to vape against it, just make sure the bottom is attached to the rod. I found this steamer to have plenty of hoses and big enough for most of my clothes. Clothes are the only thing I need to hold in my hands or hang on the door to be able to steam. If there is one thing I could improve on this unit, it would be to add some wheels to the bottom and make the clip hanger more secure. Other than that, this article is great. I'm glad to have it and have used it a ton already.
