Review on 🎀 Ohuhu Tripod Microphone Stand with Mic Clips - Adjustable Height, Lightweight, Black by Richard Mangum

Not worthy of a concert. look elsewhere

DISCLAIMER: I did not purchase this item from this seller, I purchased it from Guitar Center but it is the exact same item. This is not a real microphone stand. It's a toy. It doesn't even stretch, so you need to stretch your arm as high as you can, and then some more. It comes with a standard mic clip and some kind of clip(?). The standard mic clip that comes with it doesn't even fit on this stand! Who does it? Even if it fits, it's not very good quality. In fact, I attached the mic clip to another stand and it couldn't even hold my SM-57. I tried using this stand with the SM-58 for vocals and it didn't work at all. I ended up using a clamp device, securing the mic in it under the mic stand, and then attaching tape to keep it from falling out. That's ridiculous. Not to mention that the stand itself is extremely thin and doesn't feel very solid to me. I'm actually surprised it didn't tip over after I taped an actual mic to it. Looking at other reviews the seller seems to be a real class. I have great respect for sellers who respond to negative feedback in a professional and courteous manner. I didn't buy the stand from this seller, I bought it from Guitar Center, but that doesn't change the fact that it's junk, practically useless in real life.
