Arrived in perfect condition.
I would say this is used by experienced artists. I live in a rural area, don't have any retail art supplies, and can't find a single piece of watercolor paper for my class. This is great paper. Note that the package contains several sheets bound together. To remove a sheet, gently lift it around the corner and go around all the sides without cutting the other sheets underneath.
