I've thought about it, but I've heard too many horror stories about patchy RV sites. We were about to do a four week trip down south and I decided to do it. In Arkansas, of course, we stayed overnight in the park. I plugged it in and almost immediately there was an open bottom error. We called the owner and she took us to a new place. No problem. That night, a violent thunderstorm nearby caused a power outage. Who knows what would have happened if we had stayed put with an open face. In short, if you drive an expensive van, this is cheap insurance!
