After purchasing the correct cables, the headsets may not work with some Midland radios without swapping the microphones.

Headsets were good except they didn't work with Midland radios after we bought the cables separately. Now we need to replace the microphones so hopefully they will work with our radios. We had to go to the original Rugged Radios dealer in California to get the right mics. And of course that costs extra
