The ease with which I can log in for online scheduling is great! Also love that it's available through my mobile phone as well when out at work or traveling. Would like some more training options since most jobs are one click away from being done but not always necessary so you just have to know how things function best while using this system. We use kwe mostly during our business travels where we need quick shipping times compared other carriers (such as UPS). This helps maximize time spent working instead waiting around for hours trying to get someone else who will do nothing once they arrive all ready!
