update. The seller contacted me to clarify the voltage/battery type needed for the baby swing. It turns out the battery isn't universal - you need to make sure you choose the right type of battery for your use. And what I used these rechargeable batteries for was not compatible; Therefore, the batteries did not work as usual. Even though it was user error, the company offered me a refund. Your customer service has been great and I will consider using them for future battery purchases (after verifying the type required :)) Original: I used these batteries once after charging them. They worked fine. After they died, I recharged them, removed them from the charger, waited a few days, and then put them in the swing. They lasted maybe 10 minutes. They were dead before. What a waste of money. Unless you're just buying it for a charger that will get the job done, don't worry.
