So I have a Colorado and it's on the limit of what it can tow my TT (3500 pounds). I wanted to give him the best possible hand with a good WD setup. Installation was easy except I ordered a 2" ball and needed a 2 5/16" ball. So I had a heck of a time to change it to 9 billion ft-lbs of torque. Make sure you order the right one :). It took several adjustments to find the optimal location. In retrospect, I recommend loading the camper and truck before adjusting the height :). Expert advice :). As for the noise it makes, I expected it from other comments and I don't let that bother me. Stability is excellent to near zero. I'll tell you one thing I found out, these camper manufacturers are CHEAP (okay we all knew that), but here's what you might not know. The axle on my rig is rated at 3000 pounds. They're so cheap expect an extra Β£3-500 to be put on the drawbar and they can get away with a cheaper axle. know about it! Now you're transferring some of that weight back to the axle, potentially overloading it. I don't fill up my tanks and am very careful about what I pack because I'm so close to the limit of my poor truck, but if you're planning on hauling some gear and the water is 10 pounds per gallon, think about it after the weight you distribute back. Axis(es) and what are the IT ratings. In any case, I'm very happy with this clutch, it's easy to use and very effective at eliminating wobble (that's what I wanted it for). I rate this 5 stars. hp That thing is STUPID HEAVY. I mean how hard is OMG. Like leaving the UPS driver a cold beer, heavy.... It's just 130-150 pounds.... And add this to your GCWR too :). This thing means business, it's strong, heavy-duty steel.
