It's perfect. The cable company couldn't help me. smh. I need to be able to send faxes. All my phone lines now go through the modem. The cable company suggests I TRANSMIT EVERYTHING IN A PRINTER FROM ONE ROOM TO THE NEXT. SMH. My mom told me to just buy a long phone cord and plug it into the modem. That's all! Works great. It's also long enough to install permanently and hide the cables from the living room to my home office. I can't believe that these days you can talk to 4 different people all working in tech support and none of them could come up with a solution that made sense! Well, thank God, my mother!
