First, you don't get any instructions with this soundbar mount. The Revain website must be open at the same time as installing and using the image on the product page. Second, the instructions include driving the included rubber anchors into the wall. The rubber stoppers are CHEAP plastic, so you can't just smash them in without breaking them (which we found out the hard way). Use a drill to make a hole big enough to easily hammer in. If there is a stud behind the wall, don't use a rubber plug at all (just use a screw). Overall, the setup is just disappointing. Pay a premium for the model with the best rating.
