My daughter has been using this hair dryer for less than a year. It wasn't what I considered cheap goods. It looked great, sounded great and dried my hair in no time. NO problems for about 10 months. Then we had a serious malfunction and the dryer had to be replaced. This time I went to Sally. We hope for the best outcome of Sally's purchase. We're used to dryers that last for years instead of months for less than half the price. This is an update to that previous one star review. This company responded to me quickly and replaced the hair dryer that was no longer working. I am completely satisfied with the seller's response and was pleased with the helpful and timely response to my complaint. I will buy from this company in the future.
