Better than I expected
I wasn't sure how well they would fit my teeth but as long as the water was at least 180-170 feet I left it in the water until I saw the tray started to soften, wait a second and put it on your teeth, it shaped perfectly! And really fast! I no longer work in an orthopedic practice so I had to find something to replace my whitening trays as mine didn't fit anymore (I wasn't wearing my retainers ๐๐คท๐ผโโ๏ธ) it still worked and so far so far the whitening that was good.
