Review on 🥤 Ultima Replenisher Raspberry Electrolyte Hydration Drink Mix (90 Servings) by Tonya Zayas

I have tried almost all of their flavors, they are delicious, of the highest quality and contain everything I need. I have a hypersensitive gastrointestinal tract, food allergies (gf/df/no sugar), am very active in hot yoga and long distance running and get my fair share of wine. All of this reduces our mineral levels, but after taking Ultima I feel noticeably better! On the days I do drink wine, I make sure to drink more before bed and have not experienced any alcohol effects or hangovers so far. I've tried other powders but this one really is the best and my favorite flavor of them all. I'll even add a little bit to the apple cider vinegar/pickle water to mask the taste of the vinegar. And my kids will drink it!
