I have had multiple power surges that have shut down my TV, washer, dryer, computer, refrigerator and more. I did a lot of research and Lewington had the best guarantee. I bought type 1 and installed outside at shutdown. So far everything works great. I also bought Levington Type 2 and Type 3 protection.
