My first reaction to your scratch removal product was WOW! Some idiot, let alone someone who was really, really pissed off that tree sap got stuck on my Tahoe's hood, which seemed virtually indestructible. Well, same idiot (me) thought steel wool would remove that sap, and it certainly did, as did most of my see-through cats. So my problem wasn't so much a single scratch as a severe scuff. I didn't expect a miracle by any means, but this material exceeded all my expectations. Is the damage gone? No, but they look a lot better. I would say 70% less noticeable than before. I actually ran out of lights today while working on this and plan to use it more when it's light outside. Damage is only visible at certain angles. If I can continue to improve I will update my rating. I think this is a great product and I recommend it with two caveats. #1 Have realistic expectations as to the severity of what it can fix, but even some fairly serious scratches can be made less noticeable. #2 Applying it by hand will take a lot of time and effort, which isn't a huge surprise, but be aware.
