In fact, the only problem I have with this travel case is the zipper. It's a bit finicky and requires patience...especially in the corners of the bag. But other than that it's a great bag for long trips. It's big enough to hold my full size shampoo and conditioner. I love the inside pocket for things that can leak. The overall quality of the bag is very good. Faux leather is soft and supple. Inside, red satin and clear plastic are easy to wipe clean. The quilted outer layer offers additional protection for the contents of the bag. Good size travel toiletry bag for the price.
