As this is my first DTC scanner, I was afraid of the unknown and how to use it. I cannot put into words how grateful and grateful I am for the excellent customer service I received from the Xtool Direct team as they answered my questions and offered advice on things I accidentally overlooked. I feel a lot better learning more about using Xtool A30 Pro. Using the scanner, I ran some bi-directional functions and printed out the reports. I look forward to more free lifetime updates for both cars and the Xtool A30 Pro device. I feel I can encourage others who want to know what's going on with their car, whether or not they've ever used a DTC scanner, to invest in the Xtool A30 Pro.
