There was initially some initial confusion over what needed doing before being able to start collecting data. But once we understood how it worked then everything flowed well. We were looking to provide our customers with information that would help them make decisions regarding their business activities/operations.This allowed us not only to monitor but also to analyse the performance of the individual departments within our organisation via dashboards.
