Review on Hartz UltraGuard Collar Kittens Protection by Carlos Barete

My flea topping failed for some reason (first time in over 2 years) and I decided to buy a collar as I won't be able to apply the topping for the next 28 days. He does not work! I have stretched it, adjusted it to make it tighter and I have 2 cats. Both still have the problem. I would like to point out an interesting fact. I found flea eggs on the necks of both of my cats. I removed it with a flea comb and put on a flea collar. Haven't seen any more eggs in the area. So this can work about 1 inch from the collar. But over a week later they still have fleas and we are given something else to fight them. Oh yeah. I don't like white. Would prefer (dark?) gray instead.
