Works great with Surface Pro 3
I bought two of these cables in February 2018. I use it with the Surface Pro 3 and Surface Pro Dock along with the following splitter which allows two monitors to be connected to the mini DisplayPort connector on the back of the Surface Pro Dock: https://www.amazon.com / gp /product/B00OJZSOLEI strongly recommends using these cables and a Mini DisplayPort splitter.
