Very cute BUT is not true to size. Sorry but the bottom part measures 26-27 inches. These dimensions are not dimensions of the great. If it's not a child size then this 'big' will fit a 12 year old and still not big. If there was XXXlarge I would order it. I'm not big either. I weigh 150 pounds so a large one will do for me. But no! Even if I were my old weight of 125 (11% body fat) and a waist of 26 inches, the plus size would still fit me. And who wants their skin to cover the edges of their clothes? I was planning on working on this anyway as I have previously done pre-trim fat trimming and this will be the second time BUT it will be at my target weight and body fat as I said. big still gets tight.
