I've had this product for almost a year now and it's time to write a review. It works great. It has enough plugins for my devices and everything I plug in reads quickly. I can not complain. However. . . After a while, the connector that goes into my Surface Pro becomes weak. I had disconnected my external hard drive several times in the evening as my desk lamp (USB plug-in) would flicker if I accidentally bumped into the connector. True, I don't rely on 100% perfection, or maybe it just weakens with age. But it's annoying when you're trying to watch a series and suddenly the computer beeps and the show stops because the memory it's running on is temporarily unavailable.
