Finally something works!
I wear glasses and work as an emergency room nurse so I wear a mask all day. I really struggled with sweating, especially from the cold. I have tried defogging spray and even toothpaste but nothing has changed. I used these towels today and estimate an 80-90% improvement in fogging. Only noticed a small amount after a cold, otherwise not noticed. Very satisfied!
