I've spent so much time and effort looking for a phone case that I thought would fit and I really wanted to like this item and USE it while swimming in the pool. Boy am I so depressed after trying to use this device. This phone case got my phone so hot it actually turned the phone off to keep it from overheating. I tried mounting it with the phone hanging in the water to cool it down but I didn't submerge the case where the water ran over the top of the case. It didn't help. Small waves bounced in the pool and the phone lost connection with the music I was streaming so I had to take it out of the water. I tried dwarfing the phone but that didn't help. wouldn't stay. and now i have trouble charging my phone especially when we are outside and it's hot. phone case.
