I ordered according to the "size chart" and did not fit because the measurements are not accurate, yes, I measured it with a tape measure. No, the size chart is wrong. According to the measurements I ordered size 9 - it was too big. My son is a size 6 baby. He also claims "fits true to size" which is also a lie - I ordered a size 6 and he only fit half of his foot. I ordered 2 pairs and sent both back. Not worth the hassle although I really wanted a cotton lining as my son hates wearing socks and it's so hot in the summer. But don't play a guessing game back and forth.
