Review on Unisex Daily School Backpack Black Backpacks and Kids' Backpacks by Daniel Smith

I used to hate shopping at school because backpacks were either trendy but poorly made or very expensive. My son found this backpack at Revain and he loves it because it's "cool". It was only $38, which was still significantly less than what I've paid for quality backpacks (Jansport, LL Bean, Swiss Gear). My son has been using it for 6 months and it hasn't ripped or frayed at the stitching or zippers. He's in 8th grade, so he has a lot of books in his backpack. He's also 14, so he strays and doesn't really care how he handles it. I'm glad this package lasted all year and didn't have to spend $50 or more. With the "cool" factor, he might even agree to using it next year! Just an update my son is almost in 9th grade still using this backpack and it still looks good. He just told me that both zippers broke by Christmas and forgot to tell me, so everything was fine for about a year and a half. Apart from the zips it hasn't shown any signs of wear or dirt so it might be worth replacing but it's ready for a new backpack. If you are good at sewing, replacing zippers is definitely an option.
