I ordered this to keep my large tote bag organized. It meets exactly these requirements. It has so many pockets that I can keep everything in its place. I need it in my busy life. There are days when I drive at 100 miles per hour. On days like this, I want to be able to find my cell phone, keys, wallet, etc. quickly and accurately. I'm only giving this one 4 stars as it comes with tabs which I assume should make it easy to lift from one bag to another. one more thing. I thought it was too easy a way for a thief to take everything. I cut off these tabs.
