The ability of tracking user activity is great, as well its simple design layout for each link in order from most visited - least viewed links available! It's very helpful when you want know which pages users visit or don't often use but they still need access too so having this option can be beneficial if used correctly.
I have not had any dislikes thus far with clickable being my only experience at other companies who make similar products/services before clicking was introduced into our system by another vendor we were working through previously (they also did an excellent job). However now with all things change there may come issues down-the road however these will likely depend more upon their customer service department than anything else since once again everything has been transferred over already. Tracking website usage patterns among different websites within one organization helps us identify high traffic areas where content needs updating etc.
