Looks and works perfect. I'm a snob when it comes to precise feel and it is. I made my own set and liked it so much I recommended it to a friend and did it too. All 4 work perfectly. One didn't center at first, but when I factory reset the joystick it centered immediately. Pretty simple build. There are few flat cables, so you have to be careful with the connectors to avoid breaking them.
