The handbag on the left is the original order, the handbag on the right is a replacement. . When I came across Fossil's Jolie crossbody bag, I knew I needed it. But I have to admit I was disappointed when I received the left handbag. It had no original packaging and scratches on the skin. This wallet has been CLEARLY used, damaged and returned. I didn't want to settle for the price I paid so I made a trade request. I immediately saw a difference in the leather texture when I received the exchange (as seen in the photo provided). Needless to say, this wallet was boxed, tagged and intact. I was looking for that. That issue aside, I really like this shoulder bag. It offers plenty of space and can be worn over the shoulder as well as over the shoulder. I am definitely for everyone who is looking for a new bag!
