We received this a few months ago. Used a few times and great! Made from beef jerky, venison and chicken! I pulled it out yesterday and it started smoking and smelling like something was on fire. The white top covering the fan/motor also looks like it's melted and deformed. Fan and motor no longer work! I tried to contact the company and got emails saying the email doesn't exist. Revane can't help me because the "refund period" has expired. Disappointed with customer service - they don't endorse their product! DO NOT BUY!
