My son is 2 years old, he has very bad eczema, sometimes he scratches so hard he bleeds. So I needed something that would actually hydrate his skin. My biggest issue with creams I've used in the past is the greasy feeling they leave behind, but I was pleasantly surprised when I first used it that it's non-greasy and absorbs well into the skin. It's also approved by the National Eczema Association, which means it doesn't contain any ingredients that can irritate the skin or make eczema worse. My only complaint is that our tube burst in the packaging during shipping so some of the cream was wasted.
