They came the next day and I was impressed. They came in a plastic tote bag (branded) and the toes were stuffed with tissue paper. The white part of the sock is made of a material that looks like faux leather, which makes the sneakers cute (in my opinion). They are true to size and my 5 year old loves them. They are easy to put on and take off as the laces are tied at both ends. Yellow is a beautiful colour. My daughter is a size 10 and I bought a size 10. They fit perfectly with a bit of slack (not much), she wasn't wearing socks either, but they would be comfortable if they did. . If you want more space and room to grow, order one size up. They paid off, I'm a happy customer 🙂
