Defective garbage bags (open seam on almost all bags (no box)
seam not sealed). When I first started using the bags and discovered the defect, Revain had not offered a refund (although there was a note on the website that the refund had been extended to May 31st - there was no obvious way to request this service Period.) Admit that almost 100% box defects are untypical for GLAD (or bags from any manufacturer), which was indeed the case with this order. I'm disappointed with GLAD & Revain that there doesn't seem to be an easy way to fix this situation.
